For those of you who are fans of or familiar with the series Higurashi no naku koro ni, you may want to check this out

Like Higurashi it's based on a horror/mystery game, I think by the same group who did the Higurashi game. So far the animation looks great and they seem to be following the story correctly.

Yup It IS the same group who made it XD
The name means "When the Seagulls Cry"
Some sort of special black-tailed Seagull that is
Still havn't finished the Higurashie series Yet though, cuz the manga isn't translated completely yet
